1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of 100cuc ("100cuc," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Member," "the Player") who accesses, registers for, or uses the 100cuc website at 100cuc.app and all associated services, products, and platforms (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 100cuc Platform, you unequivocally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 These Terms were last updated on 1 June 2026. 100cuc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the 100cuc Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 100cuc reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. 100cuc makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming activities, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to promptly update this information should it change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 100cuc Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 100cuc reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account credentials is deemed to be conducted by you. You must notify 100cuc support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC). 100cuc is obligated under its licensing requirements to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all members. You agree to provide, upon request and within a reasonable timeframe, copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.2 Account Currency. All accounts on the 100cuc Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. 100cuc reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances and to close accounts with a zero balance after an extended period of inactivity, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 100cuc accepts deposits via FPX, DuitNow transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and cryptocurrency, subject to availability. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum amounts for individual payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.3 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where third-party payment is detected, the deposit will be reversed and any associated winnings voided.
4.4 Withdrawals. The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 100cuc processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. The maximum single withdrawal amount is RM 50,000, subject to account verification status and VIP tier.
4.5 Processing Timelines. FPX and DuitNow deposits are credited within 60 seconds in normal operating conditions. Touch n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 business hours. 100cuc does not guarantee processing timelines and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 100cuc operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All transactions are subject to monitoring. Where suspicious activity is detected, 100cuc reserves the right to place a hold on the relevant account and report the activity to the appropriate authorities, without prior notice to the account holder.
5.1 100cuc may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to registered members. Each Bonus offer is governed by specific terms, including but not limited to: eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each Bonus offer and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated bonus funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Progress toward wagering requirements from different games may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual Bonus terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 100cuc reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back Bonuses — and to close accounts — where it reasonably suspects that a member is engaging in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; opening multiple accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times; or coordinating with other members to guarantee Bonus extraction regardless of outcome.
5.4 100cuc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on the 100cuc Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game's conduct; these Terms govern all other matters.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity disruption during a game session, 100cuc reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund any wagers placed during the disruption period. 100cuc's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Cancellation of Bets. Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. In the sportsbook, bets placed on an event that is subsequently postponed, cancelled, or abandoned may be settled as void per the applicable sports betting rules.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and table. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted without notice.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 100cuc Platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 100cuc.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 100cuc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 100cuc's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 100cuc does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of malicious software. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11.1 100cuc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 100cuc will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licensing obligations. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 100cuc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 100cuc.app/terms-conditions.
13.1 Termination by You. You may close your 100cuc account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any outstanding withdrawals processed. Self-exclusion requests result in immediate account suspension without requiring formal closure.
13.2 Termination by 100cuc. 100cuc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to void any balance or pending withdrawals, where the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would expose 100cuc to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
13.3 Upon termination for cause, verified funds (excluding Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the account holder through the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 100cuc holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with 100cuc's support team shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process outlined by the applicable licensing authority.
14.2 For disputes relating to specific game outcomes, 100cuc's internal resolution process applies first. Game logs are maintained for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the relevant session and may be reviewed upon formal written request.
